Cupcake Chic

Yesterday I went a different way to COSTCO and saw a CUPCAKE CHIC so after I got my stuff at Costco I decide to go and check it out!!
I purchased an assortment of mini ones and they sure were cute, moist and yummy...
My favourite one was the Key lime pie ones.. and the best bit was that gave me a punch card, so that's means I have to go back again , so I can get a free one.. Also they have about 25 flavours but only bake certain flavors a day, so That means I have to go back... I could really come up with a hundreds of excuses to visit again..

Burger Bar...

One of my favourite TV shows in America is on the food network ( i like alot of their shows) it's called Diners,Drive Ins and Dives... The main reason I like it as it shows places with weird and wonderful American food. Most of these places are hidden treasures and only the locals know about them.. A couple of moths ago they actually had one that was close to us, so we were excited as the host gave them a good review..
As you can see, it's not the prettiest place, it's just on the side of the road.. there's no seating area everyone was just eating their food in their cars!!!
It was very popular place that's for sure...
Fry sauce is big in Utah they have it on everything... (tomato sauce and mayo)
To be honest with you I didn't enjoy it as much as I would have liked, maybe because I was getting sick... But we finally went there and now have crossed it of the list!!

My Latest Loves...

Last week I discovered FROZEN CHEESECAKE on a stick, dipped in CHOCOLATE and rolled in nuts.. I know this is my second post with a food dipped in chocolate... But what can I say.... Who doesn't like Chocolate...

At the same CHOCOLATE shop they also sell CHOCOLATE COVERED POTATO CHIPS... I just had to try them.. and they weren't half bad....... And guess what I will be going back again and again.......

Our new favourite place in Provo is a small hot dog shop called J DWAGS...

If you ever come to Provo you have to go and visit this place..

They have the yummiest hot dogs and their "special sauce" is the best!!!!

I have a Beef sausage with special sauce, onion, sauerkraut, banana peppers and pickle........

Doing this blog post is making me want to go and get one.....

Latest Love

On Saturday went to Costco to do some shopping and afterwards we always get something from the food court.... Who can go past a hot dog and a re-fill soda @ $1.50 or the biggest piece off pizza for $1.99... The food court is always crowded and we were enjoying listening to the conversation which was taking place next to us...
Two students chatting about "I'm better looking than him anyway, i don't know what she sees in him, i can't believe she called me a jerk" and so on and so on... you get the picture....
What does this have to do with the lovely BIG ice cream in the above picture you ask???????
Well after the guy and finished his hot dog and telling he's friend how good he was..
He reached for a white paper bag and pulled out one off these!!
Forget Magnum's and other ice cream's from back home...
This vanilla chocolate dipped covered in almonds beauty comes in at a low $1.50....

One thing I found since living here in Provo, is the difference between the food... Even the bread taste different.. some better than other's..

The one product that is different and is always in our freezer is this....
Orange Juice in a can.. This brand is from Walmart and costs $1.19...

It's frozen when you buy and you keep it in there til you want to use to..
Then when you run out you mix the can with water, it's makes about 2.5 liters..

Instant juice....

Anyone thirsty????

I need some help.... I don't know which one off these yummy treats I would like to have with my Happy Holiday 2010 coke.. (50 cents, I had to buy it!).....
